If you really insist on going alone just cast [skill]bed of coals[/skill] on the first knockdown and [skill]flame djinn's haste[/skill] on the second knockdown. Easy.
But the easiest way is to take heroes, I don't understand why you don't want to.

maybe he doesn't have heroes. not everyone that plays GW owns all 4 installments and you only get heroes in EOTN and NF.
but yeah, wait for KDs, then use BoC and FDH. you are also going to have to do some wanding though, probably, so on 3rd KD use GoC again and activate SA again to mitigate damage. also if you use cupcakes as a speed boost [aftershock] is a better skill for damage than [flame dj]

However, once you reach the Chaos Plains, flag them off screen so they are 'greyed' out and you're good to go. Chaos Plains, Spawning pools, oceans of ectos, oh my.

huh? farming is making as much money as you can, as fast as you can. if heroes make part of the job faster, use them i say.

well nvm this part of my above post because [stonefle] is a NF skill. so in order to do this farm, you do have to have NF, meaning you have access to heroes also.

You just leave them in the first chamber. Their role is to kill graspings.

yeah but he could just buy a celerity and not worry about that skill. [stonefle] is probably essential though. maybe [shielding hands] could do the job though?? not sure. probably not and still be effective with damage skills and/or [obsidian fle] since you would have to divert a lot of attribute points for that to reduce the damage enough.

I know but the whole run is slower cause you have to take meteor shower. And with heroes you free up your skill slots and you can take skills that will make the run so much faster. Anyway it was already mentioned many times in this thread, I don't know why I'm repeating myself.

this is true, meteor shower slows this run tremendously. i've been using [sliver] and [lava font] and aggroing groups from up to 3 dream riders at a time and i don't have to wait for [meteor s] to recharge, nor do i have to make sure everything is directly in front of me to start killing them all. i also get a lot more items to sell to merch or salvage which makes it more profitable.

Thanks for making this build Donut and to jbwarrior for the video. I have spent 50k trying it out and finally have succeeded in doing the runs without dieing I have only done the Chaos Plains and tried the Bone Pits but lagged out once I got in there. Do ectos drop a lot in the Bone Pits area?
Also how do you kill those Charging Blacknesses in the Spawning Pools? I always try to kill them at the end of the Chaos Plains but I always die. I killed one group, but then when I went to the other they got me
Got 15 ectos in the 5 runs I have completed, yay!

When im running through the Mountains, right before the Choas Planes there is always a group of Charging Blacknesses. They will not move. Any suggestions??

Thats because there is a group of Blacknesses that are at the very beginning of the mountain run and they go to the end. So you have to beat them there, it is pretty easy if you use a cupcake to run.

I started doing this run today.
I'm using heroes to kill the Grasping Darknesses. I use a Necro Healer, a SS and a Dervish.
I kept dying in the Twin Serpent Mountains, and I have some problems that I hope you can help me with:
1. Sometimes when I aggroed the graspings in the beginning, the Aatxes kept following me even though I used FDH. Why is it happening?
2. When I got to the smites, I had problems with killing them. I use FDH, Lava Font, Silver Armor and Mark of Rodgort as my damaging skills. Why didn't the smites die?
3. I usually run out of energy, even though i have Balthazar's Spirit on me. I have about 59 energy.
4. When I get to the Twin Serpent Mountains, There are Charged Blacknesses right in the beginning and they kill me in no time.

2. [mark of rodgort] gets removed from [smite hex], [Lava Font] causes them to scatter, [Sliver Armor] wont deal enough damage with a scattered mob.
3. Make sure you have enough enemies hitting you, or you will not get the energy you need. The thing about smites is not to let them scatter before they die.
4. Run towards the first pair of behemoths, this will activate the darknesses, then run back. You will now see that the Darknesses run back upon the mountain, giving you the opportunity to run through.

First of all- thank you very much for the help
1. The Aatxes sometimes reach me even if there are no nightmares around.
2. If the smites won't die from those skills, what skills should I use for damage? Or do I just need to use them before the smites scatter?
3. How many enemies is enough?
4. I can't run back since there are Aatxes and sometimes graspings that chase after me.
